Ollie's Law
(On September 20th, 2024, an Act to Increase Kennel Safety (AKA Ollie’s Law) was signed by Governor Maura Healey. This act updated dog kennel licensing laws and created a pathway for future kennel regulations in Massachusetts.)
In addition to our vaccination requirements, Ollie's Law requires the following:
1. Your dog must have a rabies tag and a dog license tag, and must be wearing both on their collar.
2. We must have a copy of their rabies vaccination that you received from your vet.
3. We must have a copy of the receipt that you receive from your city/town that licensed your dog.
If any of these items are not on your dog or out of date, we will not be able to take your dog into daycare until everything is brought current. We appreciate your understanding.
